I had this address book for decades. It was sturdy, reliable and wonderful. I moved with it from state to state and filled it up. Then last year the back finally came off and I decided to retire it. The front and back covers were a very heavy book board material so I painted it.

My youngest spawn wanted to make some leaf prints with some leaves off our li lac bush so that became the form for the three sisters. 🙂
