Every artwork I do has a story and here is this one:
Jebidiah married a cockroach. There I said it. He loved her very much but she was indeed a 5-foot-8-inch tall cockroach. He dared anyone to say his wife was a cockroach to his face – no one ever did.
This is an improved photo. Basically, I take photos and old vintage photos and “improve” them
with mixed media. I hope you enjoy it.
This is an original mixed media about my obsession with cockroaches and insects in
general. This altered art original watercolor painting is sealed under varnish.
This happy couple of man and cockroach will be sent anywhere you want in the world.
No home is complete without a belly dancing cockroach.
No man ever loved a cockroach like Zeb did.
Behold! The mighty cockroach. Feared by all, stare in awe at its majesticness. Note: Doing anything besides praising and beholding the mighty cockroach is a federal offense. But the best way to praise the mighty cockroach is to get an art print of him and his greatness. Beauregard Jenkins had the right idea, he used them for food, made cockroach accessories, used them as fertilizer, he thought you could do just about anything with them! Maybe he was right?
Some cockroaches dance, but I bet you’ve never seen one that belly dances. What about the off-chance that you have somehow? Well, I bet they don’t belly dance as elegantly and dressed up as this cockroach does. You can get an art print of this belly dancing cockroach for any room of your house. Weird? Yes. Amazing? Also yes.
